Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy
At Inspireaull, we craft every product with precision and care. In rare cases where an issue arises, we’re here to help. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth resolution process.
1. Reporting Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
· Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective products must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
· To qualify for a replacement or refund, please include:
o An unboxing video showing the issue clearly.
o Photos of the defective item and original packaging.
o Order ID and delivery details.
· Claims after 3 days may incur reprinting charges.
2. Exchanges or Returns (Non-Defective Items)
Products cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or design change. Such requests will be treated as a new order at your expense.
3. Items Lost in Transit
If your order is lost in transit, a refund or replacement will be issued once the courier confirms the loss. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing.
4. Unboxing Video Requirement
· An unboxing video is mandatory to verify courier or manufacturing issues.
· The video must start before opening the package and show the full unwrapping process.
· If no unboxing video is provided, refunds or replacements cannot be approved.
5. Color Accuracy in Printing
We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) CMYK printing. Minor color variations may occur due to:
· Differences in screen calibration or display brightness.
· Fabric texture or dye absorption.
· Normal variations in print runs.
Exact color matching is not guaranteed. For critical color needs, order a test swatch before placing bulk or custom orders.
6. Size Verification
· If there is a size concern, please send:
o Clear images of the garment laid flat.
o Measurements for chest width, length, and sleeves.
· We will verify with our production team before proceeding.
7. Package Damage During Delivery
· Inspect your package before accepting delivery.
· If damaged, note “Package damaged on delivery” in the courier’s system or receipt before signing.
· Capture photos of the damaged outer packaging for reference.
8. Handling & Unpacking
Open your package carefully. If the item is damaged due to cutting with sharp tools, replacements cannot be offered unless supported by a valid unboxing video.
9. Non-Returnable Items
Because each product is made to order, returns are not accepted for:
· Change of mind or incorrect size ordered.
· Color or design preference differences.
· Fading or damage from improper washing or ironing.
10. Product Care Instructions
· Wash inside out with cold water.
· Do not bleach or tumble dry.
· Iron on low heat, avoiding the printed area.
Following these care instructions preserves the color, fit, and print quality of your product.
